- 不需要 down payment。10% rebate 让 Nett Price 等于 loan amount，loan 全额涵盖购买价。
- Developer 承担入场费用 —— SPA legal、loan legal、stamp duty 和 MOT。真正要出的现金只有 progressive interest。
- VP 之前没有租金收入。Progressive interest 要在建筑期内按月付，但完全没有 rental 进账。
- Dual key —— 一个 unit 两个租约，这就是 763 sq ft 能撑起 RM5,000 租金的原因。
